REAL PROPERTY ONLINE BILLING
The Real Property Tax (RPT) Online Billing allows property owners with existing ledgers in the Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO) to get an online assessment of their RPT and make payment through payment service providers such as GCash, Maya and LandBank Link.Biz. Proof of payment is through the issuance of an Electronic Official Receipt (EOR).
STEPS
- Enter an active, valid and accessible email address.
- Open your email and copy the 6-digit validation key and type in the OTP Code entry. If you did not receive the key, click resend OTP, then repeat Step 3. Click Next.
- Enter a valid Tax Declaration or TD Number as indicated in your most recent AF 56 Official Receipt or as
stated in your Tax Declaration. Click next. If the warning “Invalid TD” shows in your screen, review
format and Tax Declaration Number. If you are sure that you have entered your correct TD Number, please

Email: ptodavnor@yahoo.com - If TD Number entered is valid, information showing status of RPT and year to pay will display. The year to pay may be edited, otherwise click next.
- Billing information will be displayed on your screeen. By clicking Pay, you will have the option to pay for the year to bill and quarter to bill, otherwise your billing period will automatically be for the whole year or four quarters. Click Confirm Payment.
- Confirm your transaction by entering the full name of payee and address. Click Next.
- Confirm the payment details. Check the box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. A list of the Payment Channel will appear on your screen and you may choose your preferred ways of payment. Click the payment channel of your choice.
- Details of the amount to be charged with the corresponding Payment Service Fee will be displayed on your screen. If all the details are correct, click Proceed Payment, otherwise click Cancel.
- After you click Proceed, you will be directed to the website of your chosen Payment Partner and will be redirected to the main page after payment has been successful.

The Payment Order module allows citizens to pay assessed fees and charges online using the same secure and reliable payment channels.
STEPS
- Enter your valid Payment Order Number or reference code.
- Verify your details and confirm the total amount due.
- Select your preferred payment option (GCash, Maya, or LandBank Link.Biz).
- After successful payment, your Electronic Official Receipt (EOR) will be generated.
NOTE: Keep a copy of your EOR for your records.
